Question: Peeing in a cup, please help!!!.?
So Ive never peed in a cup before- never had to. Well Im starting my first job and obviously have to for the drug test. I dont know what I hate about it more- that its embarassing- and I have to go with my mother, or the actual thing itself. I really, need to hear any advice to just get over this odd obbsession with HATING this, or maybe a tip on how to calm down, when I have to go do it! Thanks so much!!!!!Health Question & Answer

gotta do what you gotta, unless your aim is not up to scratch, it should be okay, dont worry about it, if you do worry about it then you're going to get stage-fright and be in that cubicle for a long time and people will start wondering what you're doing, and saying stuff like "she must be peeing into a cup" and they will have mental images of you springing into their minds that they cant shake,and when you come out they going to look at you funny and, nah..I'm ....just making it worse than it really is, best not to worry.

bottles.. cups... buckets... behind trees and even on towels when i was in a car moving on a freeway and we couldnt stop.
incidentally, i was a country girl, and we are a bit more hardened and tough compared to you city folk...
anther thing:
for gods sake, dont piss infront of your mother. that is disgraceful.

practice peeing in a cup in the bathtub first, so if you dont hit the cup, at least it wont go all over the floor.Health Question & Answer
