on my lighter days of my period when i'm using tampons and they're too dry when i pull it out is there anyway i can make the pulling out the tampon part less painful.?Health Question & Answer

try using a lighter tampon on your lighter days, for example on my heavy days I'll use a super tampon, but on lighter days I'll use a regular or slim

Yes, i know EXACTLY what you mean, it feels dry and like it wont budge, tings too (well it does for me)
I wouldn't use a tampon the last days of my period, just a good pad, but defo use it at th eggining x

try a smaller size during the lighter parts or if it is light enough use a panty liner. Hope this helps, never had this problemHealth Question & Answer
