How can I become shorter.?!

If you really think there is a way to become shorter you're ridiculously naive for a 16 year old. I have two daughters, one 5'10'' and the other 5'11'. They were always the tallest in their classes and hated being tall but now that they are grown women they are proud of it. Think about how tall models are - many over 6'. When you're older you'll find that clothes always look better on someone tall and men always associate tall women with models so you'll generate more interest. Whatever you do don't slump to make yourself appear shorter. It emphasizes your height and makes you look slouchy at the same time.Health Question & Answer

dont sleep, or eat vegetables.
