that's really normal. especially when you first start getting your period, it's totally normal to be irregular. most girls become more regular after a year or two, but some girls don't. ((i've been having my period for about 8 years and i never got regular)). certain foods like yougurt may help you get more regular. but i wouldn't worry about it. you're very young and just started getting your period. that is definitely very normal.Health Question & Answer

Well i haven't had my period yet but i have read books about. Well it says when you get your first period it might not be regular it might be on and off because your body has to get used to that new change in your body it might not be regular through your first year or your first months so just be prepared like have pads or tampons or whatever you where in your handbag and extra underwear Health Question & Answer
