you're still young so they don't always stay regulated, quite a lot of stuff can affect it (though if your sexually active I'd have a pregnancy test).

when this happened to me a good few years ago, I got pretty worried and stressed about it, I went to the doctor he said they're just irregular because your young so I stopped stressing and two days later it came. Stress plays a big part.

But if it carries on for a long time, or your having sex, I'd advice you look into it.Health Question & Answer

If you're not having sex (aka: not pregnant), it could be because of stress, changes in diet, or an increase in the amount of time you spend exercising. Sometimes this can be enough to make you miss a period entirely. If I were in your position, I would wait for another few weeks. If your period still has not arrived, you should go see a doctor.Health Question & Answer

Your fine if you've only missed one month so far. You are young enough that your period may still be irregular. If you've just recently started your cycle, it can stay irregular for up to 2 years (sometimes even more). Don't worry unless you miss a lot of them. Health Question & Answer

BUT
have you lost a lot of weight.?
been really stressed.?

these are reasons, but none of them are serious, just work on any problems you may have and your periods will return soon.
dont worry! its all normal!
