It might just be additional nipples growing, like Scaramanga out James Bond. He had 3 nipples, I bet he went through a similarly uncertain time when that third one started to sprout.Health Question & Answer
Don't worry to much, when your breasts are growing they can be very sensitive and feel strange. However, none can tell you with certainty that it is nothing unless they had seen it so you need to see a doctor or a specialized nurse. Testing yourself is a good idea but I think you need a doctor or a nurse to show you how to do it. I was never able to understand the brochures and internet sites about it.
If you live in the UK you can just go to your GP and book an appointment for that reason call NHS and they will explain to you where you should go.
