Should i move up to a super absorbency tampon?!
Question: Should i move up to a super absorbency tampon.?
I know you're supposed to use the least absorbency possible for your flow to avoid risks of TSS...
but i used a regular absorbency tampon, and was wearing a liner- and completely soaked through BOTH of them in 30 minutes. Should i move up to a super.?

If you are having that much bleed through I would move up to a super absorbency. If you are worried about TSS just make sure that you change tampons promptly.Health Question & Answer
Use whatever size you are comfortable with. To avoid TSS change your tampon atleast every 8 hours. Health Question & Answer
