I think you were trying to ask "how do you know when you are going to start your period again.?" If you just started having regular periods (it takes about a year after you have your first period) then your cycle can vary between 26 and 31 days. Not every girl is the same and sometimes the days between cycles can be a little longer. If you start having very irregular periods, i.e. once every couple of months, you should ask your doctor about PCOS. (symptoms vary by age and history). Usually most girls will start to feel their PMS symtpoms a week before your period starts. They can include headache, fatigue, cramps, lower back pain, breakouts, moodiness, bloated, increased appetite, and general irritations about alot of things. the best thing to do is keep a calendar and mark the day you start and finish, then cound 28 days ahead and mark for a "should start" day to go ahead and start wearing liners so your prepared and dont have to be paranoid all the time. Well, its all up to your body. you cant really plan EXACTLY when its going to start. If you have had your period for less than 2 years, then you can't really know when your period is going to start. I still can't tell though but i learned it in growing and changing unit 3 years ago. :D
