I've always used pads. When I started, my mother said I was "too young" for tampons, so I've just stuck with routine. also, I don't like the idea of inserting anything up there.

i like pads i use always maxi wen i bleed heavy and the next size down on lighter days although its all preference but i think its weird to have something stuck up there all day plus you can get certain desiase from tampons so i stick with pads even though i have to wear loose clothing wen my monthly "present" comes around but pads are much more comftorble to meHealth Question & Answer
it really depends on how my period is making me feel. i get wicked cramps if i use tampons the first day. i guess it's just personal preference. if you feel like you should use one or the other because of what other people use, don't, it's your choice.Health Question & Answer
Dont laugh but I love using pads because I dont want my undies to touch me when I have my period like with a tampon and leak. I also like it covers all down there so I feel safer. And it feels kinda soft I dont know.

I pretty much 99% of the time used pads (because tampons hurt and/or were uncomfortable), until I became sexually active. After that I started using tampons because they had become more comfortable and were more convenient. Yup...Health Question & Answer
Well me personaly since I tend 2 flow the ocean lol I use both. I like 2 use a tampon and also use a light pad just b/c I get so cautious about leaking/having an accident.Health Question & Answer
