Hahahaha, it's NOT a tumor (as Arnold Schwarzenegger would say). You probably gave yourself a neck injury and a wicked bump on the head.

No...it's a sign that you have had a head injury. Many years ago my BF did that and it knocked the wind out of her. Funny now...scary then. You probably have a form of whiplash. Your neck, shoulders, and head could hurt for weeks. You may want to see a doctor or a chiropractor for help. You should have told your parents in case you have a concussion. Health Question & Answer
