You need to get a tape measure and with your best fitting bra on, first measure around your rib cage underneath your breasts. That measurement will be you number size. Then measure all the way across the fullest part of your bust. However many inches that measurement is from you rib cage measurement is your cup size. A cup size equals one inch. So if your rib cage is 32 inches, but the measurement around the fullest part of your bust is 35 inches, then you would be a 32C.Health Question & Answer
Go to a department store or lingerie store and ask someone to measure you. They might suggest that you get a different size, like a 34A.

Get a tape measure, measure under your breasts, that should be your bra size. My wife was only 31 inches. We shopped at JC Penny, they had a very complete variety of sizes, colors and styles. Health Question & Answer
