i ran out of my pill 2 weeks ago and still have not had the normal viginal bleeding that comes 2-3 days after! I have ALWAYS had this bleed when on the 7 day break so thats why i am confused. What can it mean.? and when should i expect my first TRUE period from now.? Me and my partner did have sex 4/5 days before me coming off the pill and i also had diarrhea the night after having sex. Would this affect my pill.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
Diarrhea and vomitting can stop the pill from working correctly and can sometimes make it ineffective. However, it isn't unusual to skip a pill free week period. To be on the safe side I suggest you do a pregnancy test in a couple of weeks to be sure.Health Question & Answer
So called "normal vaginal bleeding" is kind of a myth. Each individual body respond to pills differently. Sometimes you may have delay on this but it will click in once your biological clock start working.
