do you get cramps before your period is due.? mine isn't due for another 6 days but i'm getting that heavy/crampy feeling :(Health Question & Answer

Cramps usually occur within 2-3 days of you period commencing. Cramps are your uterus contracting to squeeze out the "blood." Times by 100, and that's contractions during birth!

I never get them (lucky) but mine are super irregular- guess you can't win them all.

Try some panadol and make everyone be nice to you!

That is quite normal for some. Has to do with the ovulating egg and preparation to discard it.
