Is this constipation from my PMS?!


Question: Is this constipation from my PMS.?
I feel like I haven't gotten all of it out of my system, and no matter how hard I try it won't come out. I do have cramps but I think that is from the PMS. Please help and no rude comments.Health Question & Answer

Very well could be from PMS. I've heard more often of diarrhea being associated w/ PMS, but depending on your water intake, you could be constipated from it.Health Question & Answer
