Question: I'm nauseous and it's my period. Should I just make myself throw up.?

I think I'm nauseous because of my period and because I spilled nail polish remover in my room. I feel really nauseous and I really don't want to throw up randomly on a person or something. Do you think I'll feel better if I just throw up.? I'm definitely not bulimic, I'm just sick of this nausea. I took pepto bismal but I don't think it did anything.Health Question & Answer

Are you having painful cramps.? If so,,this can cause the nausea. Take some ibuprofen to stop the pain..and the nausea will go away.
