I'm gonna be a little graphic in order to describe my problem. I have heavy periods, they are almost unmanageable, I don't get it, I've struggled to use even the smallest tampons and it is so painful and I can't get them in, I'm a virgin but I don't like to "play" there either, two fingers hurt like hell, there is no pleasure. Why are my periods so heavy if the opening is so small.? I'm tired of my period being this horrible ordeal. Health Question & Answer

I'm in the exact situation like you.I've got heavy periods,very heavy,and i'm very tight down there,just like you.I'm also virgin,by the way.Ummmm....i don't know how it will work with the birth control pills,i have taken two pill treatments like that,and it never worked.I've been havin' my period since i was 11,it's regulated,no problem like that.But,despite the birth control pill treatments,i still bleed really heavily on every period,and with lots of clots.So,my answer on this one is:i was just made like this.I'm naturally made to bleed like this because i've got rich "fillin" inside there.It's prolly also cos i've always had a higher percentage of estrogen hormones...To me,even ONE finger stickin inside hurts.I think you're absolutely normal,just like me.If you try a pill treatment and see no change,then,you're just naturally like that and that's how your body works and there's nothing you can do about it.:)Health Question & Answer
try using birth control pills. they help lighten your period. i used to have heavy periods, but once i got married and started the pill, my period is so light i don't even need heavy pads or tampons, i just use pantyliner. about the tightness, i know when i got married, i was a virgin and it still hurt for about two weeks then my hymen stretched/broke totally and it makes it easier to have sex. hope this helps! go and see your doctor, they may decide to put you on the pill even though you are a virgin, i been on a form of the pill for 5 months and before my periods were really heavy and now i hardly realise when im on at all. im not sure about why it hurts when u 'play' but it could e because your hymen hasnt broken yet and the opening is still small. speak 2 your doctor hunni xHealth Question & Answer
Your flow has nothing to do with your vaginal size. Your periods maybe heavy because you have just begun getting them. Your hormons are all over the place and may need some time to even out. If is that bad I suggest seeing a doctor and let them know what is going on..they may put you on a birth control to regulate your period. Health Question & Answer
