Question: Kinda embarrassing...girl question.?
so my period started today (keep in mind i've gotten my period for 6 years now). i was diagnosed with PCOS and this is my first period with being on the pill. i had some really bad cramps today and afterwards these 2 long, sticky, red and kinda white clump of stuff came out. i'm assuming its the the uterine lining, but its never looked exactly like that before. is this normal.?Health Question & Answer

Yes, i get those clumps too and they are just the uterine lining. And the bad cramps, those happen sometimes, they aren't always the same from time to time and I think it is completely normal.Health Question & Answer
