yeah, light to moderate excersise can help with the cramps. try taking a midol to stop them, and have a warm bath to be comfortable. :)
sometimes tampons can make cramps worse so if your wearing one and you switch to a pad it *might* help but im not 100%
relax and watch a chick flick or something and try to take your mind off it. also drink tea.. :)

it is sold at almost any pharmacy lol
it really works on every symptom i took it and it makes you feel like you are not even having your period its great

Exercising helps some. If they're that bad, you could go on birth control, even if you're not having sex. Maybe you should visit your doctor and see what's best for you. But seriously, some of my friends are on BC for heavy period and throwing up.

have easy to digest food " cracker etc. Take a nice hot bath, find a position that is comfortable and just stay in it a bit. Walking does help as does drink a nice cup of warm tea, i hope you feel better soon! Health Question & Answer
