Whats a bowel movement?!

you are probably constipated. people are supposed to poop a pound a day. i had the same problem a few years ago. my side hurt and i would feel like throwing up even if i hadnt eaten. and when i tried to throw up nothing would come up. i went to the doctor and he could tell just by feeling my side that i was constipated because my left side was a little harder then my right. get some laxatives and you should be fine. or go to the doctor to make sure thats what it is but honestly to me thats what it sounds like.

oh and i doubt that its cramps. cramps dont hurt on your side. your left side is where your bowels are. think about the last time you pooped. if its been a few days then you are constipatedHealth Question & Answer
