Are these normal periods?!

Question: Are these normal periods.?
My cycle runs from 23 to 26 days. I was reading that 28 days is normal. I looked up my notes and through out the years it has varied from 23 to 26 days from the day I start. Is that too soon.? Do any of y'all start sooner than that.? Thanks Ladies.Health Question & Answer

Hi Dixxie,

The length of the menstrual cycle can vary from a short cycle of only 21 days to a long cycle of 40 days. The length of the cycle is calculated by counting the first day of bleeding as day 1 and then counting until the very last day before the next bleed (period). The length of the menstrual cycle is commonly described as 28 days, although this may be true for only one in 10 women.

Your cycle lies within the range classed as normal so I think you have absolutely nothing to worry about, every woman's cycle is different.

I hope this is helpful!Health Question & Answer
