Because our hormones are all confused in the run up to our periods. On one hand the body is preparing it's self for pregnancy, on the other it's getting ready to expel the lining of the womb and start the whole process again. Warring hormones never spell good things. :)Health Question & Answer
Well my theory is that it's part of continuing the human race. My mother used to always say when we bled our womb was crying, so I'm assuming our bodies feel like crap because we didn't make a baby...but then I can't explain why we feel like crap when we get pregnant...Maybe to remind us not to over-produce. Periods can be painful but it is the natural thing that will happen to all mature women, but after a certain age (40 -over) you will get saggy skin and everything because of the absent periods.

I dont feel like that atal, i wear a tampon so cant feel a thing, so as long as you are clean physically i dont see why 1 week out of 4 you should feel dirty.Health Question & Answer
