Answers:
Well they'll have you answer some general health questions and afterward they'll have you lay down on the little cot thing-a-ma-jig and your leg will be spread apart with the stirrups. They'll insert a speculum (I think it's spelled right) into your V****a so they can look inside and take samples from your cervix. It's a bit uncomfortable but it takes all of 10-15 minutes or so. Be brave. It's not as bad as it seems and it's extremely important.Health Question & Answer

Doctors and health-care providers test for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in several ways. Depending on the symptoms, they might do a physical examination of the genitals; test samples of fluids from the vagina, anus, throat, and urethra; or do a urine test. They might also do a blood test for HIV, syphilis, or hepatitis.
Health Question & Answer

swab inner part of you vagina, pee in a cup & blood test.
i think the blood may be optional
& there is a seperate test for herpes which you only need if u show symptons.
=) its not to bad.
good luck =))Health Question & Answer

I doubt they'll do a vaginal screening, but they may give you a pap smear...dunno if HPV is involved in that, everything else is a blood test.Health Question & Answer

Blood test for most (HIV, Herpes etc.)

Urine test for some (chlamydia)

And depending on if you've had a recent pap smear or any at all they might do one of those..Health Question & Answer
