Well they'll have you answer some general health questions and afterward they'll have you lay down on the little cot thing-a-ma-jig and your leg will be spread apart with the stirrups. They'll insert a speculum (I think it's spelled right) into your V****a so they can look inside and take samples from your cervix. It's a bit uncomfortable but it takes all of 10-15 minutes or so. Be brave. It's not as bad as it seems and it's extremely important.Health Question & Answer

i think the blood may be optional
& there is a seperate test for herpes which you only need if u show symptons.

I doubt they'll do a vaginal screening, but they may give you a pap smear...dunno if HPV is involved in that, everything else is a blood test.Health Question & Answer
Blood test for most (HIV, Herpes etc.)
Urine test for some (chlamydia)
