My basal body temperatures have been up and down since my period started. What does this mean?!
Question: My basal body temperatures have been up and down since my period started. What does this mean.?
I do not have a normal cycle. I have my period 4-5 times per year for about a month in duration. Before I started this period, I began charting and my temperatures were normal. Now that I started my cycle, my temperatures have been up and down crazy. So far, I've been on this cycle for about 2 weeks. I'm going into my 'Heavy' days which will last for about a week and a half.
What does it mean when my basal body temperature is sky high one day and dead low the next day.? I take my temps at the same time each day but since my cycle began, there is no pattern in my temperatures.
For example: Here are some of my temperatures beginning with the 5th of Oct.
Oct 5: 97.86
Oct 6: 97.23
Oct 7: 97.43
Oct.8: 97.17
Oct 9: 97.17
Oct10: 97.13
Oct11: 97.23
Oct12: 98.58
Oct13: 97.53
Oct 14: 97.28
Oct 15: 96.08
Oct 16: 97.00
All of the days above are menses days if you are wondering. Thanks.
