Question: Why haven't I lost any weight yet .?
I've bn going gym for the last 2 weeks n haven't lost nothing yet , I need to lose nearly 3 stone but haven't lost anything. I eat healthily too. Health Question & Answer

losing Weight isn't that complicated really. all you have to do is burn off more calories than you take in. maybe keeping a food diary of how many calories your eat each day would help. you can find website that will tell you what exercise burns off.Health Question & Answer

who cares about weight but inches are what you need to lose but if you need to lose weight you won't do it successfully very fast by going to the gym. because you are gaining muscle.Health Question & Answer

I suggest not trying to loose weight but trying to get into another jean size or something, unless you are over weight by 20 or 30 pounds

and remember you might have gained muscle, muscle weighs 2 times as much as fat!
