Yes, it's quite normal, They find you sexually attractive and it gives you a good feeling.
However it can get a bit strange if you come to expect to be stared at anytime your breasts are on show. And what if someone stares too long and lustful, what if the school nerd is peeking at them all the time or that butch girl.?
