At night after you bathe make sure you are completely dry. Don't wear any underwear to sleep. Apply some over the counter anti-itch feminine cream (like Vagisil) this should clear up the problem in a few days. If the itch continues call your doctor to get it checked out. You most likely have a yeast infection. If it is only on the outside, you can try applying Monistat ( over the counter ) or a generic brand (your pharamacy will be able to help) to the outside only. If it is also inside, you can get a combo pack that has cream for the outside as well as inside. I would probably just go ahead and treat the inside also, and the cream will run out to the outside and fix that also. ( pantyliners are helpful, and you use it before you go to bed, so don't panic ). I would squat over a mirror and examine my labia if I were you. Then you will see if it is red and itchy. If so, I would soak in a bathtub because it sounds as if it may be an allergy. You may be allergic to some kind of soap or laundry detergent. Ask yourself if you have had oral sex or had rough sex. It could be from aggressive masturbation. Think about it. u shud take a antiiching cream like SURFAZ SN.n a tablet FLUCONAZOLE once a week.

Better to consult doctor at the initial stage.... other wise with time it will increase n may effect ur skin. Apply some anti-itch creams and make sure u keep that part dry..Health Question & Answer
