Although I am a man I feel sad women have periods. Very difficult for them to continue with their normal life during those days . God could have devised some better mechanism for throwing the waste material out. Many diseases are due to period related abnormalities. Many women have irregular periods causing anxiety. Their partners are unhappy as they cannot have sex. Kids ask embarrassing questions about what is period. Girls need to be told about everything when first period is about to start.Health Question & Answer
