I had a yeast infection 3 weeks ago and treated it with over the counter meds. About a week later I got a UTI, which turned into a kidney infection. I received antibiotics from my doctor, and was told all this was probably due to stress. On my last day of taking the antibiotics I noticed signs of another yeast infection, which I hear can be caused by some antibiotics, so I bought more over the counter meds. But this time I'm alot more sore than usual and what worries me most is that there is an increasing amount of blood coming whenever I urinate. It this in any way normal.? Any help would be appreciated since I can not go to the doctor until Monday(2 days). Thanks.Health Question & Answer

Hon, go to the emergency room or to urgent care. Blood in your urine is nothing to fool around with it means you still have that kidney infection. If you dont' get on the proper antibiotic treatment the more risk there is for permanent damage to your kidneys. You need a stronger antibiotic since you've already tried one.
