Answers:

It's fine, Midol has the same ingredient as Tylenol. If the pain is really bad you can take Midol, then 4 hrs later Ibuprofen, then Midol 4 hrs after that, etc. That won't hurt you. When I had a lot of pain my Dr recommended that, but only for a max of 48 hours. Try a heat pack on the pain too.
