If it only happens when you have your period, I'm guessing your menstrual blood is trickling down when you're pooping (straining), and it APPEARS you have blood in your stool.

it may just be cause theres blood there so it spreads

Don't worry, that's pretty normal. It's not exactly coming out of your poop its just blood comes out the same time that poop does.Health Question & Answer
