Female question: Why does this happen in between my period?!
Question: Female question: Why does this happen in between my period.?
It starts about a week after my period stops. I'll get a lot of clear discharge. It has a thin consistency and it does not smell acrid. I've been to the Gyn. a few times before for my yearly check ups and she never said I had a yeast infection. also, I don't have any irritation. It's really annoying because I have to wear a liner almost all the time between my cycles, and it's not a small, spotting-like amount, it's like a teaspoon almost every single day. I think it may have gotten worse when I started Birth Control a few years ago. Could it be just from that, evening out my cycles.?

Yep, it's just a natural occurence that happens to 99% of women. It's your bodies way of flowing. also, when you ovulate every month before your period begins, sometimes the clear stuff is part of the eggs/ovulation dropping. It's fine and you should not lose any sleep over it. I can assure you. Health Question & Answer
well i thought i was the same way but i went to my Gyn. she said it is from a lot of different thing. you should try air drying down there it makes a differents. and go to your doctors and ask her to do a bv test. that causes discharge to. and nothing is to personal when it comes to down there. the pills might be doing it to. they might be to high of a doseage Health Question & Answer
I had the same problem when I was younger, it was highly embarrassing! Especially since I was so young, had no idea what was going on with my body, and my mom told me it was gross when she found out about it. I def suggest talking to your doctor. If it's too personal to talk to your doctor about, you might wanna change doctors. Your OB/GYN should especially make you feel comfortable with stuff like that, considering her role.Health Question & Answer
