My gf has the same problem, seriously large nipples. She had to by bras made by Bali that are designed to keep nips from being obvious.
If you don't wnat to change bra types you could put bandaids over your nipples, but I think ur better of changing bra styles.Health Question & Answer

You can get these sticker like things that go over your nipples, they are called "Petals". You can buy them in most all Department stores, they are usually near the check out counter where you buy bras.Health Question & Answer
