I get bladder infections and UTIs all the time. I usually have cramps in my lower stomach and in my lower back. Cranberry juice is good for Urinary Tract Infections or if you don't like that you can buy Cranberry pills. But I would say call your doctor and make an appointment. try a hot-water bottle on ur belly that helps :)
