Question: I'm 12 years old, no period, no sex, i'm a twin, small bladder.I have these very bad Uti's or bladder infect..?
It's not an STD, I haven't had sex or anything. Every girl my age ( pretty much) has gotten their period. I haven't. I wonder if my very bad bladder infections delay my period.? My main question is why i have these "on the floor, crying" bladder infections. They hurt so bad. It feels like i have to go to the bathroom, smells + dark yellow when i drink cranberry juice + water. I do have a very small bladder, and I have wet the bed until the age of 11. These go on and off. I try taking pills, but they don't work that well. Sometimes, blood comes out with my pee, not my period. It hurts, stings, burns, red, itches, + is VERY uncomfortable. Please don't ask me if I've been raped or molested, because i haven't. I just would really like to know what the problem is!!!!

If anyone has this, please tell me.

I am so sorry you are going through this painful condition. I am sure you have seen your doctor, but in my opinion you need a thorough work up by a urologist, kidney doctor. There has to be something they can do to help your kidney/bladder infections. This should not interfere with you starting periods and the average age girls start is 12. I know how painful this is. Ok. I really have absolutely no clue about the bladder infection and how it is small. But these are definitely questions for the doctor or a parent, (mom most likely). I sonetimes bleed a little bit after I wipe from a #2, but its not my period. SO I would talk with a grown up you are very comfortble with. Health Question & Answer

Sounds like cyctitus hunni, i had it about 2 months ago, Its the worst pain ever, try drinking cranberry juice or you can get special medicne in tesco or asda!!Health Question & Answer

Apple Cider vinegar works miracles on UTI type problems.

Something else you might check out is gall bladder problems.
Gall stones can cause terrible pain and are not as easy to detect as a UTI. You have to have blood work done. There are natural remedies of course, but with these kinds of things sometimes the pain is too much to wait for natural medicine to kick in.

If you are drinking cranberry juice it needs to be sugar free. Sugar aggravates these kinds of problems. Ocean Spray and those types of juices are not good for you.Health Question & Answer
