I'm a little dizzy, could it be my period?!

Question: I'm a little dizzy, could it be my period.?
I was 10 days late and for some reason it is very heavy this month. When I went to the bathroom this morning, everything was spinning. Now I'm at school and everything's a little better after I ate. But could it be that my period is heavy.?Health Question & Answer

Probably need some iron vitamins, lambs fry is great if you can stomach that sort of thing. Otherwise get stuck into some multi vtamins kiddo. Cheers MartyHealth Question & Answer

I don't know how old you are, but during my first year or so of having periods, they weren't real regular, and sometimes I would feel somewhat nauseous. If your body is still maturing, your hormones may be out of whack and causing the dizziness. also, if I had even a minor cold (something that normally wouldn't really bother me) or was catching the flu, I'd feel awful during my period (headaches and dizziness) and sometimes get sick to my stomach. Maybe! I heard my grandma say sometimes you can get rid of to much blood! That may be the reason your dizzy! So if I were you I would get a check up to see if you're ok!Health Question & Answer
