Use slim fit or "teen" types. also try using the one with plastic applicators verses the ones with cardboard applicators or the applicator free ones as they are generally easier to insert. Make sure you are angling back toward your spine when you insert them not pushing straight up. Try to relax. The two most common methods of insertion are squatting and putting 1 foot on the toilet.
