also there are a high % of misread prego tests... so u might be in the clear and you might not be....

Did you check for an expiration date on the box.?
You should also do the test first thing in the morning (or after you get your 'nightly' sleep) because this is when the hormones are at their highest and most concentrated.
You may have also tried to get a reading too soon. Wait a few days and try again. Be sure to check the expiration date.

I would wait a few more days then try again first thing in the morning. If you are pregnant it can take longer for the test to show a positive read. It can be very frustrating waiting. Health Question & Answer
even if it did work, or did show a reading, most home pregnancy tests wont work until a week after your missed period (some even longer)Health Question & Answer
