How to deal with periods and guys..?!

Question: How to deal with periods and guys...?
I mean, how do you deal with your period while you're living with a guy.? Okay I'll explain my situation. My boyfriend is moving in with me in a month and I have absolutely no idea what to do about it. Since I've never been in a relationship when I've had it [I only get them like 6, 7 or 8 times a year at most] I don't know what to do. But, I've never lived with a guy even in the same house, let alone in the same bed, lol. When I get them, they're extremely painful and heavy because I don't get them much I think and this makes it all the more worse. I really can't use tampons because of another problem I have [I really hate my body if you hadn't guessed] so does anybody know what I can do make this easier.? Do you know any foods/etc I can eat to make it not so heavy and hurt less, etc.? Because when I have it and wake up it's the worst. I'm sorry if I sound stupid I just have NO idea and it's not helpful that my mum doesn't care at all.Health Question & Answer

Well your boyfriend should be understanding and take into consideration that he's moving in with a female and females have periods and cramps. It's a fact of life and if you can take the leap to move in together surly he can be respectful and understanding of your needs. I would try drinking a lot of water as it seems to keep the clots and cramps down but your body will do what it wants and if he can't understand that then maybe you should reconsider moving in together.? I would also stock up on heating pads and aleve and you never know maybe he'll be completely understanding and buy you pads and give you foot massages and back rubs to ease your discomfort, that's what a loving relationship is all about and he should be willing to love and care for you no matter what. I think you should talk it over with him since it's going to come up being that you'll be in the same living space and if he has a problem with it then he wasn't worth it.Health Question & Answer

Wow. You do NOT sounds mature enough to live on your own. How old are you.? If you're 18+, your boyfriend should know that girls get their period and it shouldn't be a problem...Health Question & Answer
