Do breast lifts involve cutting of breast's innards or just skin?!

The ones designed for really "droopy" breasts do both. The simple ones redesign the skin envelope alone.

The actual breasts are not cut as far as I know. Whether or not only skin is cut depends on the type of procedure, as if you go from beneath the breasts you can choose to have the surgeon go 'under the muscle', which is more natural looking,and involves inserting the implant under the first layer of chest-muscle. Otherwise, it is placed on top the muscle.
