Question: I cannot put in tampons please help.?
I tried to put in tampons but couldn't do it. i pushed it up but only got a little bit up and felt like there was no where else for it to go. I had only put the head bit in. The whole I can see looks too small to fit it in anyway. Please help and don't laugh. Thank-youHealth Question & Answer

ok first you have to take a deep breath and relax you can't be tense

-ok my first time i put one foot on the toilet, the other on the ground
-stuck a mirror down there
-index finger at the bottom of the aplicator
-middle and thumb at the bottom of the part w/ the cotton in it
-pointed it facing my body
-once it starts to go in i changed to a verticle angle
-once your fingers meet your body insert the tampon
-remove the aplicator
-to take it out just pull on the screen
**do not wear it for more than 8 hrs.**

Only immature little kids would laugh at this! Don't freak out, just relax. Maybe your tampon is too big. Trust me, your "hole" is probably big enough. But some people actually do have holes that are too small. Maybe that's you!Health Question & Answer
