The first time I used a tampon it hurt a lot and then taking it out hurt too and it was full. And if its possible i didnt how far up is it and how will i know.? ThanksHealth Question & Answer

You hymen was probably broken a long time ago when you rode a bike or a horse the first time.
You may not have used the tampon properly.
If you don't put it far enough up your vagina, it may cause you some serious pain. Make sure to put it about 2-3 inches up past the part where you can feel it. Only the bottom 1/3 of your vagina has feeling.
If you're having a hard time taking out the tampon, you can get it wet before you take it out so that it is a little lubricated.

The first time you used the tampon-did you use any lubricant(like KY or vaseline.?) sometimes that helps - and it needs to be far enough in so that you can not feel it between the lips of your Va-jaja. If it hurts when you walk-it is not in far enough. Usually it does not hurt coming out, because the fluid makes it slippery. If you are too dry, it could be uncomfortable. Use the smallest size that keeps you from leaking,change often(usually everytime you go to the bathroom and always first thing in the morning).
