I think when you get to the tighten up stage, you need to gently continue what you are doing. You are getting right to the verge of orgasm and not finishing. Don't hold your breath when you feel like you can't go any more, just breathe and continue. The warm feeling in your lower stomach and groin area is happening because you are very close.
