i am very worried because i just got my period and it is usually supposed to last 3-5 days but it only lasted one day. I have heard many different things and i am very worried. Dont worry hun, mine only lasted 2hours, and mine is now normal. According to my friends you can have it any time from 1 hour to 9 days for your first. So no your perfectly normal :) Health Question & Answer
Don't worry, it's normal. For the first year or two, your period is going to be weird/irregular. You could have light flow or heavy, be late or be early, skip a month or two, have it for a day or a week......it's going to take a while for your body to adjust to all the new hormones, regulate itself and fall into a cycle.Health Question & Answer
