How to get my nipples to poke out?!
Question: How to get my nipples to poke out.?
i am able to say that i do have what i feel like are nice breast, except for my nipples. they would be perfect if they would stand out any at all. they sometimes do no stick out at ALL, more like sunk in. especially when i am hot and humid. when it is cold, they will stick out a little with some touching. what can i do.? when they are being aroused (sucked on) yes they do come out, but go down quickly once sucking stops. i am very self conscious about this.Health Question & Answer

I have a similar problem, but it happens to only one nipple! I wouldn't think it's a problem if both did it. I am embarrassed by my lack of symmetry when I take a bra off. Like you, it also goes out a little when it is touched or sucked. I don't have any solutions for this, either.Health Question & Answer
Its perfectly normal its called inverted nipples. If your so self conscious I suggest you get them pierced.

Ummm.... usually they do when they are cold.
So get an ice block and shove it in your bra.
