It started 4 days ago. I doubt its pregnancy, I am on the birth control shot and I have 2 kids already. When I was pregnant it was the tissue that felt tender and not just the nipples.
It feels as I had night of rough sex. (like my nipples feel kina raw). There is no color change, they look fine. It's just very tender. I finished my period about a week ago. I'm really scared and I'm not finding many answers online, I'm hoping that someone has been through something similar.

Have you changed BC at all in the last few months.?.?.? I'm getting ready to start and for the first time in 3 years my boobs felt like they were someone's punching bags. If I didnt know better I'd say I was preggo, but I changed my BC about 4 months ago and I'm sure it's that.
