What I suggest doing is that if she has a registry at Target or anywhere else, to get her registry number and all that and buy stuff that is directly on that registry. What I see nowadays is that people will just buy what they think is cute and not what the mother to be thinks is cute or they just buy random things and end up with 2 or 3 of the same. Best things to get are the simple things. Go out and buy a box or basket and fill it with everyday things. Baby bath, shampoo,lotion and talc. But add some things like baby thermometer, nail scissors, gripe water,sudacrem( nappy rash cream). If you go into your local chemist or some where like boots and tell them what you are doing I'm sure that someone will help[ you out and I think that buying something like that will mean a lot more to your friends than just giving them money.It just shows that you have given a bit of thought to them.Health Question & Answer
