what are the darker pills for.? also, I take my birth control pill at 8am daily when my alarm goes off. Is a few minuttes before or after okay.? I am way concious.... I am just soooooo tired.

it depends what kind of pill u are on and yes its fine to take it before or after ur usual time as long as its not a long time after
