I am sorry abou that love.
have a very warm bath, that should ease the pain. And a hot water bottle in bed with you,. Place the bottle on the areas causing the most pain.
Might I also recommend (if you are allowed) some ibuprofen. I found it much more effective than paractemol when i was younger. Again, ask mum if you are allowed it, i don;t know if there are any age restrictions on it.
EDIT: If ibuprofen doesnt work, or if you are too young to take it, go visit your doctor and see if he can prescribe something specially. WHen I was a young girl, my doc prescribed Ponstan forte - it worked well for me. I know that wont help with your immediate problem, but it could help you avoid this situation in the future.END EDIT

You shouldn't go to school.
I had period cramps and a cold and went to school.
I ended up going to the sick bay. I felt horrible.
They gave me a hot water bottle, several pillows and paracetamol.
Try that.
also heaps of water, or hot tea helps. (Peppermint tea is best)Health Question & Answer
