Sorry, there is no way that you can make sure any weight gain only goes to your chest. I am a normal weight and have a larger chest than my co-worker who weighs 250 pounds. Everyone carries weight differently and there is no guarantee that it wouldn't just make you have a big butt or tummy rolls and not make your breasts any bigger.
