It depends on the two people. I personally wouldn't do it while you just started since the flow would be much heavier. If you do do it, I would wait until you are almost off. It has been said that having sex during your cycle actually helps with cramps (having an orgasm). But you should also tell her to wear a condom. its gross for me i would not do it but its very unhealthy for women. all the ways tubes etc open when ur on ur periods. and its very open to infections and dangerous bacteries so avoid it completely to having intercourse when ur on ur periodsHealth Question & Answer
